MASTER SCUBA DIVER
Diving professionals worldwide recognize the NAUI Master Scuba Diver course as the most comprehensive and challenging training program available to recreational scuba divers. Upon successful completion, the student possesses the knowledge and understanding of dive equipment, physics, physiology, environment, and decompression at nearly the level of an instructor. During nine openwater dives, his or her basic diving skills are refined to a high degree of proficiency, and he or she develops superior skills in the areas of navigation, deep diving, search and recovery, light salvage, and limited visibility or night diving. As with all NAUI courses, rescue training is included. This course is excellent preparation for leadership training with any of the recreational diving agencies, and is an absolute must for progressing to the levels of Assistant Instructor, Divemaster, and Instructor with NAUI.
